Sale 2 of our two-sale weekend is officially a 2-day event… but let’s be honest, this one deserved a third day, a parade, and possibly its own documentary. Nestled inside the gated Del Webb community (at the visitor’s gate enter 198 at the code box and enjoy the dramatic gate opening like you’ve just been granted access to a secret treasure society), it’s a quick first left, first right, and you’re there—mentally preparing yourself for what can only be described as a “small but mighty” masterpiece.
This home may not be huge, but wow does it punch above its weight class. Every room is loaded with beautiful pieces—from antiques that whisper sophistication to a family room couch and loveseat combo that practically tackles you and says, “Sit down…stay awhile…maybe cancel the rest of your day.” The dining room table? Oh, it’s a trap—in the best way. You will stop dead in your tracks. And while you’re standing there in awe, just know the person slightly behind you is also frozen… waiting… hoping… praying you walk away so they can swoop in. Don’t give them the satisfaction.
Feeling fancy? If Moscow Mules are your go-to, we’ve got two gorgeous copper mugs that are ready to make your next cocktail hour feel like a five-star event. There’s also a splash of Fiesta ware that looks like someone joyfully spilled a bag of Skittles across your future kitchen, plus tabletop appliances, crystal, and Mexican Talavera that will have your cabinets looking like they finally got their life together. Lamps, patio furniture, collectibles, colored glass, stained glass, stoneware, stemware, and china—basically everything you need to host a dinner party where people casually ask, “Okay but seriously…where did you get all this?” and you get to smile and say, “Oh, just Estate Sale by Wings.”
And just when you think you’ve seen it all—boom—you step outside. The backyard and garage come in HOT. Front and center is an incredible wind sculpture by Santa Fe Artist Mark White just standing there like, “Take me home, I’ve seen things.” There’s also a Large Big Green Egg (and if you have to ask what that is…you’re simply not ready for that level of backyard greatness yet), plus yard art, patio furniture, and enough outdoor goodness that you might walk out back and decide, “You know what? I live here now.”
So grab your friends, bring your treasure-hunting A-game, and when you inevitably leave with something amazing (or five amazing somethings), make sure you tell everyone where you scored it—and send them to see The Man in the Pink Shoes. He wouldn’t have it any other way.
If you need help while shopping, please find an associate in a pink shirt, we would love to help. The sale runs from Saturday April 11, 2026, to Sunday April 12, 2026 with doors open at 9:00 am and close at 3:00 pm daily.
