Season 4 Episode 42 – Twas The Day Before Sale 2

Twas the day before a sale and all through the house not a person was stirring not even a mouse; The treasures were staged in the house with care, in hopes that customers would soon be there.

The humans in pink were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of transactions dance in their heads; “The Man in the Pink Shoes” was busy answering calls, to ensure all customers have plenty to haul.

When early next morning there arose such a clatter, the neighbors came out to see what was the matter; A line of people from the door to the street, all wishing for a blast of warm heat.

I arrived soon after and saw the long line, and smiled that they had arrived on time; The energy was high that is for sure, that the waiting to open was hard to endure.

The team stands ready at their post, and Venus is trying to finish her toast; Clock is moving ever so slow, that Darlene is screaming “let’s get on with the show”.

The house is ready the pricing all done, just waiting for 9 to start having fun; 9 am hits, the door flies open, and customers swarm polite words are spoken.

The shopping has started frantic at times, but the sound of customers is a beautiful chime; Piles and piles placed on hold, with more to come is the story I am told

This house is filled from top to bottom, with treasures for all no one forgotten; Artwork, Furniture, Dishes, Stemware, galore; Pottery, rugs, tables and more.

Outdoors you will find more of the same, quality items just calling your name; Don’t forget the garage it’s full of great stuff, all priced to move so call my bluff?

As the sale day comes to an end, you can hear, “Merry Shopping to all and to all a good night”.
